With over 15 years of experience, Marty excels in team problem solving and effective communication across all organizational levels. Prior to joining Crown Holdings, they worked as a Quality Technician at Johns Manville, focusing on developing and implementing quality systems. Marty holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Ohio University.
