Cynthia McCathron has extensive experience in brand development and sales management within the cosmetics and skincare industry. From January 2012 to December 2021, Cynthia served as the Vice President of Brand Development Canada at o2CreativeGroup. Prior to that, from September 2003 to February 2005, Cynthia was the General Manager and National Sales & Operations Manager for North America at Red Earth Cosmetics. Since April 2008, Cynthia has held the position of Vice President of Sales for Canada, Mexico, and Global Home Shopping at Crown Laboratories, focusing on StriVectin skincare and related therapeutic divisions. Additionally, Cynthia has a notable background with L'Oréal, working as an Account Executive in the Lancôme Division from June 1993 to June 1998 and later as a National Account Manager & Flagship Operations from June 1998 to September 2003. Currently, Cynthia continues to serve as Vice President - Canada at StriVectin Operating Company since December 2021.
