Matthew Sampson is an experienced Development Director currently leading innovation clusters at The Crown Estate since February 2021, focusing on projects like Hemel Garden Communities and Cambridge Business Park. Simultaneously, Matthew serves as a Non-Executive Director at Canopi and the Evidence Quarter, and has been actively involved with the British Property Federation's Development Committee as Chair from 2018 to 2022. Additional roles include being a Design Forum Panel Member for the Ebbsfleet Development Corporation and an Academician at The Academy of Urbanism.
