Linda A. Malek is a partner at Crowell & Moring, specializing in healthcare, privacy, and cybersecurity. They focus on regulatory compliance related to clinical research and advise clients on data privacy and security issues across various sectors. Previously, Linda was a partner at Moses & Singer LLP and began their legal career with the Office of the Corporation Counsel, where they were recognized as an Outstanding Assistant Corporation Counsel. Linda has received numerous accolades, including recognition in The Best Lawyers in America® and being listed as an up-and-coming leader in health care by Chambers USA in 2024.
