Steven Duncan, PHR, is currently the AVP of Workday HR at Cross River. They have extensive experience in HR technology and systems, holding notable positions such as Senior HR Technology Analyst and Workday HR Systems Analyst at Sompo. Previously, Steven worked in various roles, including Technical Recruiter at Randstad Engineering and Manager of Data Administration at Nuance Communications, where they led significant HR process improvements and analytics initiatives. They hold dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration with an emphasis in HR and Psychology from Clemson University.
