Joël Gemperli currently serves as the CEO of cross-payroll GmbH and holds multiple roles at cross-ING Group AG, including CFO, Head of Quality Management, and Chief Compliance Officer. From 2023 to 2024, Joël was the Head of Finance at cross-ING AG. Prior to this, Joël gained valuable experience as a client advisor and in various capacities at UBS from 2013 to 2016. Joël earned a Bachelor's degree in Betriebsökonomie from the ZHAW School of Management and Law between 2018 and 2022, and is furthering education through advanced qualifications in quality management.
