They served as Head People Business Partner for Tech & GAC at Anheuser-Busch InBev and held a managerial role at Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd, among other positions. As the Founder Partner of Irisz Leadership Coaching, Ashwini is dedicated to unlocking potential and enabling leaders to explore new possibilities. Currently, they are the VP-People at Cropin, overseeing global HR strategies. Ashwini continues their education at both MES College in Bangalore and the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
