Kim Woulard-Smith, MCPC, is a Director of Talent Management and a Leadership Development Partner currently working at the Crisis Prevention Institute since 2025. They also serve as a Principal at The Conveyance Coach LLC, where they focus on talent management consulting and coaching. Kim has previously held roles including Adjunct Lecturer at the State University of New York, Manhattan Educational Opportunity Center, and a Human Resources Business Partner at Ability Beyond. They are pursuing a BA in Public Relations and Sociology at Marquette University.
