Pattie Oconnor has extensive experience in social work and clinical management, with a career that began as a Treatment Specialist at Developmental Behavioral Consultants from 1993 to 1995. They served as a Caseworker at Little Flower Children's Services from 1995 to 1996, providing support to children and families in the foster care system. Pattie then took on roles at Value Options from 1999 to 2002, including Clinical Manager and Clinical Care Manager, where they focused on enhancing patient care for the seriously mentally ill. Currently, Pattie is the Senior Director of Community Programs and Partnerships at Crisis Preparation & Recovery, developing strategic community collaborations to improve behavioral health services. Pattie holds both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Social Work from Arizona State University.
