Sebastian Aguilar Mora is currently the Assistant Director of Broadcast Services & Engineering at Creighton University Athletics, specializing in high-quality live sports productions. With experience directing and producing broadcasts for major collegiate platforms including ESPN and the SEC Network, Sebastian has a solid foundation in industry-standard equipment and techniques. Previously, as a student worker at 12th Man Productions, they contributed to Emmy Award-winning broadcasts and gained valuable experience in gameday operations and facility management. Sebastian is pursuing dual master's degrees in Organizational Leadership and Business Administration at Creighton University.
