Łukasz Baryła is an experienced IT Project Manager and co-founder with a focus on Agile Project Management and Scrum methodologies. They have held leadership roles at companies including Getin Noble Bank S.A. and Impel - Grupa Impel, where they developed high-performance teams and managed software development projects in the finance and customer service sectors. Currently, Łukasz serves as a Senior IT Project Manager/Scrum Master at Credit Agricole Bank Polska S.A. and continues to lead innovations at Smart Box. Their educational background includes a Master of Science in Telecommunication from Wroclaw University of Technology and postgraduate studies in Business Management and Six Sigma.
