Zbynek Nemec is a seasoned Managing Director and entrepreneur with extensive experience in human resources across diverse regions including CEE, DACH, and MENA. They currently serve as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Creative Dock and own Talentfinder s.r.o., specializing in executive search and talent acquisition. Zbynek has previously held leadership roles at companies such as Home Credit Philippines and GE Money, where they were instrumental in establishing HR frameworks and enhancing employee engagement. They earned a Master's degree in Adult Education and Personnel Management from Univerzita Karlova v Praze.
