Sarah Waddle is an experienced consultant and entrepreneur with a strong focus on philanthropy, partnerships, and social impact. Currently serving as the Chief Impact Officer and on the advisory board at Cherished Pets, as well as holding consulting roles at Creative Australia and CircusWA, Sarah also founded Align Agency, dedicated to enhancing funding and impact for nonprofits and social enterprises. Notably, Sarah was a Director of Client Success and Impact Specialist at Rooy, where contributions were made to amplify impact measurement for for-purpose organizations. Previous roles include a Social Impact Hub Fellowship and extensive experience in advancement and alumni relations at The University of Notre Dame Australia, as well as marketing and development leadership at St Mary's Anglican Girls' School and All Saints' College.
