Yuanzong Qiu has worked in the tech industry since 2009. In 2009, they began working as a Software Engineer at Amazon Music, where they worked on the Amazon MP3 webstore and started the Amazon Cloud Player project. In 2011, they moved to Color (Apple, Inc) as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on the web interface and application stack of color.com. In 2013, they joined Veetle Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2014, they joined Uber as a Senior Software Engineer and was responsible for updating the homepage to show 'we are live in 36 cities'. In 2017, they co-founded Create & Learn, where they serve as Head of Eng and is responsible for building the online learning platform.

Yuanzong Qiu received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Sichuan University and a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida.
