Jérémy Rub is currently the Responsable Service Développement des Compétences at SIAAP, where they focus on recruitment policy, employer branding, and professional support. Previously, Jérémy served as Chef de projet RH at UCANSS, managing collective agreements and social dialogue from 2016 to 2018. They then worked at Cramif as Responsable GPEC from 2018 to 2024, overseeing recruitment, career management, and job creation. Jérémy began their career at AstraZeneca as a Chargé de développement RH and later held a similar role at Groupe Acticall, focusing on career management and internal recruitment. Jérémy is pursuing a Master 2 in Management Stratégique des Ressources Humaines et de la Qualité at the Faculté de Reims.
