Courtney Guppy is the Vice President of Human Resources. After graduating from the Missouri State University, she held positions as a retail Store Manager and Special Education Teacher before moving to Northwest Arkansas in 2003 and beginning her career in Human Resources. Courtney has held positions in Human Resources at Mercy Health System of NWA as well as Walmart before joining Crafton Tull in 2019.
