Amy Hohimer is a technology and learning leader with a robust background in application development and support. They served as Quality Assurance Lead and Technical Support Analyst at Cracker Barrel from 1997 to 2006, where they established quality assurance standards and managed software deployment schedules. Currently, Amy holds the position of Director of Technical Support Services and Quality Assurance at Cracker Barrel while also serving as an Adjunct Professor in Computer Information Systems at Cumberland University. They are pursuing multiple degrees in Instructional Technology, Organizational Leadership, and Information Systems Technology.
