Chris Loly currently serves as Managing Director of the Customer Experience CoE at CPKC since April 2023. With a long tenure at Canadian Pacific Railway spanning from October 2003 to present, Chris has held multiple leadership roles, including Managing Director of Business Transformation, Director of Network Service Centre, Director of Support Services, Director of Business Process Improvement, Business Improvement Advisor, and Manager of Shipment Documentation Services. Earlier experience at Canadian Pacific Railway from February 1999 to March 2003 includes roles as Manager of Data Management and Project Manager. Chris holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from York University's Schulich School of Business and a Master of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Economics from the University of Manitoba.
