Rachel Petersen is the Director of Technical Client Services at Cox Automotive Inc., a position they have held since 2021. Previously, Rachel worked at VinSolutions in various technical support roles from 2016 to 2021 and served as a Support Specialist at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City from 2010 to 2011. Earlier in their career, Rachel traveled the country for Classified Ventures, where they captured videos and photographs of apartment communities from 2006 to 2009. Rachel earned a Master's degree in Fine Art Photography from the Academy of Art University and a Bachelor's degree in General Communication from Goshen College.
