Erin Mitchell is an outcome-focused Strategy & Operations leader currently serving as the Head of Strategic Planning for Digital Client Solutions at CoverWallet, an Aon company. They previously held several roles at Aon, including Process Optimization Leader and Senior Project Manager, and have experience as a Project Manager at Bear Construction Company. Erin is also the Board Secretary for the Chicago Yacht Club Foundation, which focuses on community outreach for youth sailing programs. They are pursuing a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
