Delphine Cervelle is a member of the expert committee for Semaine juridique des administrations et des collectivités territoriales at LexisNexis and is currently serving as a conseillère référendaire at the Cour des Comptes, where they are responsible for the education sector. Delphine has held several prominent roles in public administration, including sous-préfète and director of cabinet at the Ministère de l'Intérieur, and cheffe de cabinet at the Ministère de la Cohésion des territoires. They have also served as the deputy general director in charge of solidarity at the Mairie d'Aubervilliers and as the general director of services at the Mairie de Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine.
