Kayoung Kim is currently the Director of Sales & Operations for New Business at Coupang. Previously, they served as the Head of Hotel & Resort Business at Yanolja, where they contributed to achieving over $2 billion in gross merchandise volume and successfully led multiple mergers. Kayoung founded Bonbonlab Inc. in 2013, developing the Hotelnow app and establishing strong partnerships in the travel industry before selling the company to Yanolja in 2016. They hold dual Bachelor's degrees in Communication and Law from 서강대학교.
