Sarah McMinn, LCSW, has extensive experience in the field of social work and mental health, currently serving as a Behavioral Health Program Coordinator and Behavioral Health Program Manager for the County of San Diego since October 2013, where responsibilities include supervising and training clinicians as well as developing policies. Prior roles include Mental Health Case Management Clinician, Hospice Social Worker at Sharp HospiceCare, and Social Worker with the County of San Diego, managing complex caseloads and providing therapeutic interventions. McMinn's earlier experience includes working with veterans at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and providing intensive case management for children affected by abuse. Educational credentials include a BSEd from the University of Miami and an MSW from The Catholic University of America.
