Mary C. McGovern, MBA, serves as the President and CEO of Country Bank, where they are the first female leader in the bank's 174-year history. They currently oversee a talented team of 215 members, fostering a culture grounded in the organization’s core values. With over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, Mary has held various leadership roles, including Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Country Bank and Chief Accounting Officer at Danversbank. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Emmanuel College and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Passionate about diversity and innovation, Mary leads with a commitment to making a difference in the community and the banking sector.
