They previously held positions as Senior Business Planning Manager for ALMEA, Business Planning Manager at L'Oréal, and Senior Operational Planner at Novartis. Nihan was a Demand & Supply Planner at Eczacıbaşı Topluluğu and a Research Assistant at Istanbul Kultur University. They hold an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Galatasaray Üniversitesi and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from İstanbul Kültür Üniversitesi.
