Gary Mandich is a seasoned professional in the supply chain arena, currently serving as Senior Director of Distribution at Coty, where they lead over 230 associates in distributing leading fragrance and cosmetic brands globally. Previously, they held the role of General Manager at Rockwell Automation from 2011 to 2017, managing the distribution of over $3.7 billion in automation inventory. Additionally, Gary served as Vice President of Distribution at Coty from 2009 to 2011, overseeing the annual distribution of over $450 million in cosmetics. Their extensive experience also includes a tenure as Senior Director of Distribution at Del Laboratories from 1999 to 2008, directing 205 associates in the distribution of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. Gary holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Technology Management from Saint Leo University.
