Sara Park is an innovation and product development leader with a proven track record of driving business growth in the CPG and healthcare industries. They led multiple strategic projects at Kimberly-Clark, including product commercialization for U by Kotex® and Depend®, and directed product innovation efforts at Medline Industries, Inc. for their incontinence management business. Currently, Sara serves as the Director of Product Development at Coterie, building on their expertise in cross-functional team leadership and design thinking. They hold a BS in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they began their research career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant.
