Eduardo Postlethwaite is an investment, legal, and finance professional with over 17 years of experience in M&A, private equity, capital markets, and business development. They currently serve as the Head of M&A, Private Equity, and Advisory at Actinver's Investment Banking Division, where they originate and execute various financial mandates. Previously, Eduardo held leadership roles at Artha Capital and Anheuser-Busch InBev, participating in around 60 transactions with a total value exceeding US$20 billion. They completed an LL.M. at the University of Chicago and participated in an executive program at Harvard Business School, demonstrating a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
