William (Bill) Koeck is the Chairman of Coronado Global Resources Inc. and serves as a Non-Executive Director for both Nick Scali Limited and the Poulos Group. Since 2016, they have held non-executive director positions and currently direct one Australian and one U.S. listed public company. With over 40 years of experience in M&A, private equity, corporate law, and governance, Koeck retired as a partner from Ashurst in 2016, after significant roles at both Ashurst and Corrs Chambers Westgarth. They are also a member of the Takeovers Panel and have lectured in postgraduate corporate and securities law at the University of Sydney for 20 years.
