Carlyn Irwin is an economic damages and forensic accounting expert with over thirty years of experience in expert witness testimony and litigation consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Cornerstone Research since September 2002, Carlyn specializes in intellectual property, breach of contract/tort claims, financial forensic analyses, and investigations. Prior experience includes a Director role at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where litigation and financial advisory consulting services were provided, and an Assistant Controller position at Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP, overseeing financial operations and audits. Additionally, Carlyn contributed as a Professor Assistant at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and completed an internship in compensation at Mercer Human Resource Consulting.
