Dawn Farrell is a seasoned professional in the relocation industry, currently serving as a Senior Relocation Counselor at Cornerstone Relocation Group since June 2021. Previously, Dawn held various roles at Cartus from March 2000 to December 2020, including Team Lead/Assistant Manager and Relocation Management Consultant, where responsibilities involved onsite client liaison and account management. Dawn began her career as a Marketing Representative at American Phoenix Corporation from May 1998 to February 2000, focusing on liaising with Connecticut State Universities and managing a student sickness/accident program. Education includes certification as a Certified Relocation Professional from the Employee Relocation Council, earned in 2010, and ongoing studies with The Lean Six Sigma Company since 2016.
