Tom Reddington has worked in the software engineering field since 2012. Tom began their career at Light Age Incorporated as a Computer Systems Engineer, where they developed software and documentation per ISO and FDA regulations for medical devices. Tom then moved to Hayward Pool Products in 2015, where they worked as a Software Engineer and designed embedded User Interfaces to improve user experience across existing and new products. In 2020, Tom joined IPG Medical as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. In 2022, they began working at LumiraDx as a Lead Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer, where they designed and developed the operating system for a point of care medical diagnostic device and served as scrum master. Tom is currently employed at Cornelis Networks as an Embedded Software Engineer.
Tom Reddington obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2011. Tom then attended the New Jersey Institute of Technology, studying Computer Systems Security and Computer Forensics. In 2018, they obtained an Agile Project Management Foundations certification from Lynda.com.
