Matt Lowney is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and HR operations with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently, Matt serves as the Managing Director of Talent Acquisition & HR Operations at CoreCivic since September 2022. Before this role, Matt was the National Director of Talent Acquisition at Transformations Care Network from January 2021 to September 2022. Matt also held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Quorum Health Resources, where responsibilities included leading executive and corporate recruitment for non-profit hospitals nationwide. An independent consultant from August 2014 to September 2018, Matt focused on improving talent acquisition processes through data analysis. Earlier career experience includes serving as EVP of Talent & Operations at The Buntin Group and Recruiting Manager at DaVita, managing significant hiring efforts. Matt holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology & Chemistry from the University of Evansville.
