Mike Dunleavy, Jr. is currently the Vice President and Head of People and Culture at Copart, where they lead the full People strategy to attract, develop, and retain top talent. They have held various senior roles in Human Resources, including Vice President HR at Celanese and Senior Vice President Human Resources at Fresenius Medical Care. Previously, Mike managed compensation and HR technology at PPG Industries and served as a Human Capital Consultant at Mercer. They earned a B.A. in History from Yale University in 2006.
