Shaun Gittard, Ph.D., is a Senior R&D Manager at Cook Medical, where they lead a global Endoscopy, OHNS, and Surgery Research Engineering Team, overseeing the development of innovative medical devices. With extensive experience in new product development, translational research, and regulatory compliance, Shaun has held roles at notable organizations including Laser Zentrum Hannover and Duke University Medical Center. Shaun earned a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from North Carolina State University and also completed their B.S. in the same field at Washington University in St. Louis.
