Paula Culliton is an accomplished leader in continuous improvement and project management with extensive experience at Cook Medical since October 2009, currently serving as Director for Global Continuous Improvement & PMO in the Global Supply Chain. Paula has a proven track record in embedding Lean and Six Sigma methodologies across EMEA, AMERICAs, and APAC regions, driving significant operational enhancements, project management best practices, and team development initiatives.
