Claire Yule is a global people and organization leader with over 20 years of experience in turnaround transformation and structural change initiatives within complex multinational environments. They held various leadership roles, including Chief Reward Officer at Wood plc, where they developed innovative reward strategies and spearheaded cultural change across global teams. Claire has also served as HR Director for Wood Group PSN, leading people strategies that supported a workforce of approximately 12,000 personnel. Currently, they are the Vice President, Head of Global Total Rewards & Recognition at Convatec and continue to drive impactful organizational growth through effective change management and stakeholder engagement.
