John Haller is a seasoned global operations executive currently serving as the Chief Quality & Operations Officer at Convatec, a FTSE 100 global medical products company, since April 2022. They lead a team of over 5,000 colleagues across nine manufacturing locations worldwide. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Stryker Corporation, managing global supply chains and driving substantial growth. John served as a Captain in the U.S. Army, where they were part of a rapid deployment force, and currently resides with their family in Switzerland. They hold a Bachelor's degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
