Doran Sharabi is a seasoned Human Resources professional with significant experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and welfare management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at ControlUp since March 2019, Doran leads an HR team and provides strategic insights to align HR initiatives with corporate goals during a period of rapid organizational growth. Prior roles include HR Business Partner for global teams at ControlUp, Recruitment Manager at Varonis, Senior Technology Recruiter at Malam, and Customer Manager & Senior Recruiter at L.M. GROUP. Doran holds a Master's degree in Work and Family Studies from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Bar-Ilan University.
