Amaya Albin Legorreta is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in human resources and a focus on talent acquisition and social responsibility initiatives. At Control Risks, Amaya serves as Lead HR Business Partner for Latin America, leading recruitment efforts across multiple countries and acting as an advisor for talent acquisition strategy. Previous roles at Control Risks included Senior Human Resources Manager and Team Leader for Recruitment, Diversity, and Learning & Development. Amaya's earlier experience includes managing social responsibility projects at Medita México AC by Syncro and providing therapeutic support as a psychologist and therapeutic companion.
