Cosmin Alexandru Parvu is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in manufacturing, particularly within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Vice President, Head of Operations for the Business Area “User Experience (UX)” at Continental, Cosmin has led various roles focused on industrial engineering and digitalization. Cosmin holds a Doctoral degree in Operations Management and Supervision, along with a Master's degree in Engineering Mechanics, both from Politehnica University of Timisoara. With a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and a collaborative management style, Cosmin is multilingual, proficient in English, Romanian, German, and French.
