Jill Steiner is the founder and lead researcher of Saldo Research, leveraging over 30 years of experience in clean energy strategy and evaluation. Currently serving as a Principal Strategy Consultant at Consumers Energy, Jill directs strategic research to enhance energy efficiency resources and promote equitable benefits. Previously, Jill was the Director of Evaluation at Public Sector Consultants, overseeing diverse evaluation projects, and held positions at Cadmus and other notable organizations. Jill holds an MS in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Economics from Michigan State University.
