Diane Leopold retired in 2025 as the executive vice president and chief operating officer of Dominion Energy, Inc. (“Dominion”), a regulated public electric utility. Leopold joined Dominion in 1995 and served in a wide variety of positions of increasing responsibility until being named executive vice president and co-chief operating officer in 2019, a position she held until her appointment as executive vice president and chief operating officer in 2020. Leopold serves on the boards of nVent Electric plc and Markel Group Inc. She previously served as a director of Dominion Energy Midstream Partners LP. She has been a Director of CMS Energy and Consumers Energy since 2026.

Leopold brings to the Board more than three decades of utility experience. The Board benefits from her prior leadership roles at Dominion. She currently serves on the boards of World Pediatrics and The Atlantic Council and she previously served on the board of the Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited board.
