Erica Bitterman-Ryon has extensive experience in business development and operations management, currently serving as Office Manager and Business Development at aetta. Architects since 2023. Prior to this, Erica was a Senior Sales Executive at Precision Images from 1995 to 2022 and held various positions within the Construction Specifications Institute, including NW Region President. Erica began their educational journey in accounting at Highline College and graduated from Federal Way High School, where they studied accounting, marketing, and business law. As of November 2025, Erica is open to new opportunities.
