Founded in Port Harcourt, Nigeria in June 1993, Construction Kaiser Limited is an indigenous building and civil engineering construction company.
Starting as a small 5-man organization carrying out minor renovation works, we have grown to become a national force in the Nigerian construction industry. We are an ISO certified organization. We successfully executed various projects in the South-South and South-Eastern parts of the country prior to expansion.

We undertake residential, commercial, and industrial engineering construction projects in different geopolitical zones of the country. We currently have over 100 employees, about half of them industry are professionals.

Our country wide operations are supported by a construction equipment asset base which includes concrete batching plants (30m3 per hour each) concrete trucks, excavators, pay loaders, propriety formwork system, scaffolds system, dump trucks, cement trucks, tower crane, mobile crane, backhoe, concrete pumps, fully equipped materials testing laboratory and a wide range of specialist survey equipment, including total stations.

The company is managed by a team of seasoned professionals. As the company has grown over the years, quality delivery and client satisfaction remain its key success factors. Our repeat clients testify to our quality delivery.

In response to the peculiarities of the typical emerging market we operate in, Construction Kaiser Limited has grown to position herself as a one-stop construction shop through vertical integration with her sister company M & E Kaiser Limited (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Installation Works). This company also delivers other key aspects of project delivery.
