Lynn Sadan (Isaacs) is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. As a Human Resources Business Partner at Construct since January 2022, Lynn has focused on strategic HR initiatives. Previously, at Pearson South Africa from February 2016 to January 2022, Lynn served as a Talent Advisor, managing the full recruitment process, engaging with global colleagues, and contributing to key HR committees. Earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Operations Analyst and as a Human Resources Assistant at Netcare, where Lynn oversaw the entire employee life cycle and provided comprehensive administrative support. Lynn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management and a National Diploma in the same field from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology.
