Robert Wolinsky has extensive legal experience, beginning as an Associate at Hogan Lovells from September 2002 to December 2009, where Robert later advanced to the role of Partner. Following this tenure, Robert served as Associate General Counsel at Exelon from August 2021 to February 2022, before moving to Constellation in February 2022, where Robert currently holds the position of Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Litigation and Environmental. Robert completed a Juris Doctor degree at Harvard Law School from 1998 to 2001 and earned an A.B. in Government from Harvard University from 1994 to 1998.
