Jessica Cohen Spencer is an energy industry thought leader in climate policy, currently serving as a member of the GHG Protocol Scope 2 Technical Working Group, where they provide expertise in GHG emissions accounting. With a robust background in environmental compliance and GHG accounting, Jessica has held various roles in organizations such as American Tower and HMMH, where they focused on compliance, data analysis, and sustainability strategies. They are currently the Senior Manager of Climate Strategy & Sustainability at Constellation, overseeing GHG accounting processes and advising on corporate climate strategy. Jessica holds a Master of Arts in Sustainability and Environmental Management from Harvard Extension School and a Bachelor of Arts from Providence College.
