Derek Harless is the Vice President of Finance for Global Wine & Spirits Operations at Constellation Brands, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, Derek served as a Manager of Finance and later as the Director of Finance for Wine & Spirits Production at Constellation Brands between 2016 and 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Finance Analyst at E. & J. Gallo Winery from 2015 to 2016 and as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual in 2010-2011. Derek holds an MBA in Finance from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Finance from California State University-Chico.
