Callie Johnson is a seasoned project and change management leader currently serving as the Senior Manager of Change Acceleration at Constellation Brands. With a robust background in organizational change management, they previously held roles such as Head of Organizational Change Management at New Balance and Organizational Change Management Lead at Bentley Systems. Callie also gained valuable experience at Deloitte, where they worked as both a Senior Consultant in Supply Chain Management and Manager of Organizational Transformation. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and are currently pursuing a Master of Professional Studies in Industrial Organizational Psychology at the University of Maryland.
